EquipSupply™ warrants only those products that it manufactures or which it ships incomplete (i.e., products which do not contain all the required parts, components or accessories). EquipSupply honors the warranty policies of each manufacturer of the products that EquipSupply sells. You should refer to the product’s owner’s manual to determine the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

If you have new equipment that needs warranty repair, you should contact the manufacturer to determine warranty processing. We will not exchange new equipment for defective equipment. Any warranties granted to you by us are done so at our sole discretion.

All merchandise listed in this website is “as is” (to the extent allowed by law). Unless, otherwise, stated herein, EquipSupply disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of implied warranty of merchantability and implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. EquipSupply disclaims any liability for product defect claims that are due to product misuse, improper product selection and/or misapplication; and any description, picture or other information communicated does not express or imply a warranty that the products are merchantable or fit for a particular purpose.
