Orders

Placing an Order

All orders must be place online at: www.EquipSupply.com. If you are experiencing technical difficuly while ordering, please call us at: 877-796-8884 and we will be happy to assist. If you want to place an order for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada; please call us at 877-796-8884.

Order Status

To check on your order status, please LOGIN to your account and your most recent orders will be shown on your account dashboard. Click on the order you want to check and the order detail screen will appear and provide you with the current processing status of your order.

Cancel My Order

If you need to cancel your order, please call us at: 877-796-8884. Be sure to have your order number available to assist us in locating and cancelling your order. Most orders ship within 24 hours, so you need to act fast!

Change My Order

If you need to change/add/remove part of your order, please call us at: 877-796-8884. Please have your order number ready so we can assist. In the case of adding more product than you originally ordered, we will need to cancel your original order and you can then place a new order with the original and the new, additional parts.

Tracking My Order

Once your order has shipped, a tracking notification email will be sent to the email address you provided upon checkout on the following business day. If you want to obtain your tracking information sooner. tracking details are updated nightly to your account dashboard

Order shows shipped, but I did not receive it?

If your order has shipped and it shows delivered by the shipping carrier but you did not receive it, please first contact the carrier and provide the tracking information to them to start a lost package investigation. If you need further assistance, please send an email to: [email protected] and provide the following: Order Number, Tracking Number, Delivery Address, and why you believe it is lost.

Backorders

Item stock status is shown on each product page as you navigate and shop our site. We strive hard to maintain in-stock status on all items, but sometimes there may be a backorder. If you ordered a backordered item, you will be given an option during checkout on how & when you want your backordered item to ship. If you want to check on the status of your backorder, please send an email to: [email protected] and provide your: Order Number & Backorder Part Number 

Special Orders

Items that are designated or stated as "Special Order" are non-returnable as they must be ordered from the manufacturer/vendor. For most special order items, please allow 7-10 additional business days for delivery.

Pricing

Items are subject to price fluxuations and changes and the price shown upon checkout will be the price charged to you. If prices rise or fall, you will not be charged more than or less than the price shown on your order confirmation email. 

Bulk Orders

We are happy to work with you on bulk orders! If you would like a quote for quantities of product or to see if there is any pricing discounts for bulk orders, please give us a call or send us an e-mail.

Shipping

Free Shipping Promotion - What items qualify for free shipping over $49?

USPS & UPS parcel orders qualify for free shipping when the order value is $49 or greater and shipped to any location within the contiguous 48 United States. Items that are too large to ship via USPS or UPS will be shipped via LTL Freight Carrier and that cost will be shown to you during checkout process. Items that ship via LTL Truck include tent/box heaters, indirect & direct fired heaters and other large machinery. For orders under $49, shipping charges start at a simple, flat-rate charge of $7.99.  

Shipping Coverage - Where do you ship?

We ship to the contiguous 48 states using USPS, UPS and LTL freight carriers. We ship some products to AK/HI via USPS & UPS only and may be subject to additional shipping charges and orders for AK/HI need to be placed by calling us at: 877-796-8884. We occassionally ship to Canada, but you must place your order over the phone at: 877-796-8884. Applicable shipping charges to Canada apply on all orders.

Shipping Services

Economy Shipping is available on all parcel orders. Delivery time frame is between 5-10 days to most locations. The carrier used is at EquipSupply's discretion. 


USPS packages either ship 1st Class Parcel (2-7 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days) to most U.S. locations. 


UPS packages ship via the following services:

  • Ground | 3-5 business days depending on your location to our warehouse
  • 3-Day Select | 3 business days (4-business days during holiday seasons and high-peak demand)
  • 2-Day Air | 2 business days
  • Next Day Air | Next business day 

UPS does not deliver on Saturday unless you opt and pay for additional Saturday Delivery fee (not available online) which is in addition to the published Next Day Air charges. If you need Saturday delivery, you will need to place your order by calling us at: 877-796-8884.

 

Large or oversized UPS packages shipped via expedited UPS services (Next Day, 2 Day, and 3-Day Select) do not carry guaranteed delivery. For example, a large packaged shipped UPS Next Day Air is not guaranteed to arrive the next day.


Oversized items are shipped using LTL motor freight and may require additional time. Shipping costs for LTL shipments are presented during the checkout process. For more information regarding LTL motor freight and oversized items, please see our Oversized Item Deliveries page.

Hazardous, ORM-D and Fluids

Certain items are not able to be shipped via certain carriers. All liquids and hazardous materials (including powder acuated tool shot loads) must ship via UPS Ground and cannot be shipped via USPS or any UPS expedited service. Large machinery, tent/box heaters and other non-conforming products must ship via LTL Freight Carrier at your cost.

Orders shipped via LTL freight truck will require that an adult over 18 years old is available to sign for the delivery. When your LTL shipment arrives, please inspect the pallet and the contents carefully and notate any damage with the driver. If there is any damage, please refuse the delivery and notify us at: 877-796-8884 that there is an issue with your order so we may assist. Once you sign off your order with the driver, you are responsible for any damage not notated on the bill of lading and any concealed damage not visible from the outside of the box. 

Account Support

How do I update my stored credit card?

Once you are logged into your account, you will see a menu on the left side of your screen. From here, click "Credit Cards". You can then see the stored credit cards. You may update the information for a specific card or you can delete it completely. When you place a new order, you can then add a new card to your account.

How to Initiate a Return - How do I start a return?

Click Here to use our online form to create your Return Merchandise Authorization. Return requests by phone will not be accepted. All orders must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization prior to shipment back to us. Any order that is received back that does not have a prior RMA will not receive a refund.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are refused by the recipient or undeliverable to the address provided at checkout will have return shipping & handling charges deducted from the potential refund amount.
