EquipSupply retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. Once an order is placed, EquipSupply has absolute discretion as to whether it can be returned or exchanged. You may return parts and whole goods within 10 days of the purchase date without a restocking fee if in new, sellable condition (original factory package, unused, unmarked). Orders that are refused by the recipient or undeliverable to the address provided at checkout will have return shipping & handling charges deducted from the potential refund amount.

After 10 days, returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee; and after 30 days, you should contact email our customer service department at [email protected] to coordinate your return. Any refunds afforded to you in connection with returns will be for the actual cost of product(s) only; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, if we determine that the goods were shipped to you in error, we will absorb the return freight, otherwise, all returns must be shipped prepaid. If dropped-shipped items were sent to you directly from the manufacturer and you wish to return such items, you will incur a 15% restocking fee, if you return them to us. EquipSupply cannot accept returns of heaters which you have filled with fuel or oil or have operated. We do not accept returns for any food-related or consumable products. For items that have had their sealed packaging opened, EquipSupply retains the right to approve or deny return requests.



EquipSupply warrants only those products that it manufacturers or which it ships incomplete (i.e., products which do not contain all the required parts, components or accessories). EquipSupply honors the warranty policies of each manufacturer of the products that EquipSupply sells. You should refer to the product’s owner’s manual to determine the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. If you have new equipment that needs warranty repair, you should contact the manufacturer to determine warranty processing. We will not exchange new equipment for defective equipment. Any warranties granted to you by us are done so at our sole discretion. All merchandise listed in this Web site is “as is” (to the extent allowed by law). Unless, otherwise, stated herein, disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of implied warranty of merchantability and implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. EquipSupply disclaims any liability for product defect claims that are due to product misuse, improper product selection and/or misapplication; and any description, picture or other information communicated does not express or imply a warranty that the products are merchantable or fit for a particular purpose.
