PAYMENT TERMS

Our payment terms are credit card payment only. Your credit card will be billed when your order is shipped.

PAYMENT METHODS/OBLIGATIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We collect sales tax on purchases shipped to destinations within the state of Indiana. If you have a valid tax-exemption claim, you must contact our customer service at [email protected], before placing your order.

BACKORDERS

On occasion, an unexpected surge in demand may render us temporarily short of inventory and, as a result, require us to backorder items. If that happens to items in your order, all backordered items in your order will ship “backorder complete” and you will not incur any additional shipping charges in connection with such “backorder complete” shipment. If you prefer, we can hold your backordered items and your in-stock items and ship the entire order complete (i.e., you would not receive a “backorder complete” shipment, in addition to your in-stock inventory shipment).

MINIMUM ORDERS

We have no minimum dollar requirement on any order.

RETURNS

We retain the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. Once an order is placed, has absolute discretion as to whether it can be returned or exchanged. You may return parts and whole goods within 10 days of the purchase date without a restocking fee if in new, sellable condition (original factory package, unused, unmarked). Any refunds afforded to you in connection with returns will be for the actual cost of product(s) only; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If dropped-shipped items were sent to you directly from the manufacturer and you wish to return such items, you will incur a 15% restocking fee, if you return them to us. cannot accept returns of product which you have filled with fuel or oil. You are responsible to remove all fuel and oils from any product you return to us. Additionally, we do not accept returns for any food-related or consumable products.

equipsupply warrants only those products that it manufacturers or which it ships incomplete (i.e., products which do not contain all the required parts, components or accessories). honors the warranty policies of each manufacturer of the products that sells. You should refer to the product’s owner’s manual to determine the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. If you have new equipment that needs warranty repair, you should contact the manufacturer to determine warranty processing. We will not exchange new equipment for defective equipment. SHIPPING

We ship all orders to continental U.S.A. destinations via either Federal Express or UPS; any order not conducive to either Federal Express or UPS will ship via one of our preferred carriers. Shipments to areas outside of the continental U.S.A., including international shipments, are subject to applicable shipping guidelines and rates.  Your non-continental U.S.A. and international shipping rates will be determined on a case-by-case basis and you will be responsible to pay for all applicable shipping costs, as determined by us.  All orders are shipped FOB from our warehouse and freight claims for damaged or missing goods must be settled between the consignee and carrier. equipsupply.com does not ship Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.). Your shipping rates for your order placed through our Web site can be identified on the check-out page of your order.
