Our Free Shipping Promotion is for all non-truck shipments of orders of $49 or more to any of the 48 contiguous United States. For orders under $49, shipping charges start at a simple, flat-rate charge of $7.99.  

 

SHIPPING DETAILS

Products will be shipped to an address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete and complies with the shipping restrictions contained on EquipSupply.com. We ship all orders to continental U.S.A. destinations via either UPS or US Postal Service; any order not conducive to either UPS or US Postal Service will ship via one of our preferred motor freight carriers. Your shipping rates for your order placed through our website can be identified on the check-out page of your order. We will use reasonable efforts to ship your order within 24 hours of when it is processed with most orders placed before 2 PM Central Time Monday-Friday shipping the same day (valid for UPS orders only). 

 

Shipments to areas outside of the continental U.S.A., including international shipments, are subject to applicable shipping guidelines and rates.  Your non-continental U.S.A. and international shipping rates will be determined on a case-by-case basis and you will be responsible to pay for all applicable shipping costs, as determined by us.  All orders are shipped FOB from our warehouse and freight claims for damaged or missing goods must be settled between the consignee and carrier. EquipSupply.com does not ship Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.). All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract, and, as a result, risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Economy Shipping is available on all parcel orders. Delivery time frame is between 5-10 days to most locations. The carrier used is at EquipSupply's discretion. 


UPS packages ship via the following services and corresponding rates are shown during the checkout process:

  • Ground | 2-6 business days depending on your location to our warehouse
  • 3-Day Select | 3 business days (4-business days during holiday seasons and high-peak demand)
  • 2-Day Air | 2 business days
  • Next Day Air | Next business day 

 

UPS does not deliver on Saturday unless you opt and pay for additional Saturday Delivery fee (not available online) which is in addition to the published Next Day Air charges. If you need Saturday delivery, you will need to place your order by calling us at: 877-796-8884.

 

Large or oversized UPS packages shipped via expedited UPS services (Next Day, 2 Day, and 3-Day Select) do not carry guaranteed delivery. For example, a large packaged shipped UPS Next Day Air is not guaranteed to arrive the next day.


Oversized items are shipped using LTL motor freight and may require additional time. Shipping costs for LTL shipments are presented during the checkout process. For more information regarding LTL motor freight and oversized items, please see our Oversized Item Deliveries page.

 

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you the following business day. You can also log in to your account at any time and check on the tracking status of your orders.

 

BACKORDERS

On occasion, an unexpected surge in demand may render us temporarily short of inventory and, as a result, require us to backorder items. If that happens to items in your order, all backordered items in your order will ship “backorder complete” and you will not incur any additional shipping charges in connection with such “backorder complete” shipment. If you prefer, we can hold your backordered items and your in-stock items and ship the entire order complete (i.e., you would not receive a “backorder complete” shipment, in addition to your in-stock inventory shipment).
