Our Free Shipping Promotion is for all non-truck shipments of orders of $35 or more to any of the 48 contiguous United States. For orders under $35, shipping charges start at a simple, flat-rate charge of $7.99.
Products will be shipped to an address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete and complies with the shipping restrictions contained on EquipSupply.com. We ship all orders to continental U.S.A. destinations via either UPS or US Postal Service; any order not conducive to either UPS or US Postal Service will ship via one of our preferred motor freight carriers. Shipments to areas outside of the continental U.S.A., including international shipments, are subject to applicable shipping guidelines and rates. Your non-continental U.S.A. and international shipping rates will be determined on a case-by-case basis and you will be responsible to pay for all applicable shipping costs, as determined by us. All orders are shipped FOB from our warehouse and freight claims for damaged or missing goods must be settled between the consignee and carrier. EquipSupply.com does not ship Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.). Your shipping rates for your order placed through our website can be identified on the check-out page of your order. We will use reasonable efforts to ship your order within 24 hours of when it is processed. All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract, and, as a result, risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you the following business day. You can also log in to your account at any time and check on the tracking status of your orders.
On occasion, an unexpected surge in demand may render us temporarily short of inventory and, as a result, require us to backorder items. If that happens to items in your order, all backordered items in your order will ship “backorder complete” and you will not incur any additional shipping charges in connection with such “backorder complete” shipment. If you prefer, we can hold your backordered items and your in-stock items and ship the entire order complete (i.e., you would not receive a “backorder complete” shipment, in addition to your in-stock inventory shipment).
