This Flat HEPA Filter by Bosch Tools is designed for Bosch VAC series dust extractors, including the VAC090A, the VAC090S, the VAC140A and the VAC140S. Manufactured with the Bosch PRO+GUARD, it provides HEPA filtration as part of an end-to-end dust-protection system. This filter captures 99.97% of particles 0.3 microns and larger. It is designed for use in dry situations ONLY. The flat design provides for greater canister capacity (does not extend down into the canister) and allows for easy installation. It is recommended that this filter be used with the VB090F or VB140F fleece filter bag (sold separately) to maximize air flow and protect the filter from direct contact with abrasive or sharp material.
The Bosch Flat HEPA Filter, MTC VF130H, is sold individually. By pairing it with the VAC090 or the VAC140 Dust Extractors, the VF130H can help users move toward compliance with the EPA and OSHA lead-related requirements under the Renovations Repair and Painting Rule (RRP).
